Our no return policy

No returns. We are a boutique, all sales are final. We accept exchanges on items that are unworn, in new condition within 14 days from the date your order was shipped for STORE CREDIT only, or exchange for a different size or product.
 
Bibi’s Boutique Staff reserves the right to make the judgment concerning the conditions of the items and the decision to reimburse or exchange.
 
We will provide you with a store credit if you prefer this to an exchange of merchandise.
 
We spend much time ensuring that the item you are purchasing is the perfect one for your pet. We try to be as fair as possible while still providing excellent customer service, without spending too much time refunding items because “you didn’t like it”. Please remember that our best advice is based on your satisfaction coupled with your pet’s comfort in mind, not simply to sell.
 
Returned items considered as unauthorized may be shipped back to you at your own expense. Your credit card will be charged for additional shipping.

ShopBibi.com does not refund shipping and handling charges.

How to make exchanges?

Include the original invoice (or copy) and state the reasons for your return and instructions about the exchange for example, for example, “Need bigger/smaller size.”

Please ship your return using a tracking method and insuring the package. We are not responsible for packages not shipped by ShopBibi,com .

Please note: Shipping fees will be charged to your credit card to cover the cost of the exchange. For international exchanges you are responsible for the total cost of re-shipping the new merchandise.

How long before my credit card is refunded

Your credit card will be credit card within 3-5 business days after reception of your package minus any re-shipping charges once your return is accepted following directions from the staff of Shopbibi.com or Bibi’s Boutique.  In store purchases can only be returned for store credit.

Shipping guidelines

We ship orders as they arrive in the most expeditious manner. Custom orders often take 2-3 weeks, but we generally can give you an idea of the time frame when your order is placed. Custom or special orders are NOT refundable or exchangeable.

Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to PO BOXES or APO/FPO addresses. UPS will decide if the package will be left at the door or if a signature is required.

Domestic shipping methods

We ship all domestic orders via UPS or via U.S. Postal Service. We are not responsible for refusal of packages. Tracking is available on all UPS and U.S. Postal Service packages.

International shipping


International shipping depends on the weight of the package and the shipping location. Shipping costs are shown on the checkout screen of the website. If an order is placed Monday-Thursday before 3 pm EST, the order will be shipping the following day, excluding holidays.

We ship our international orders via UPS, Fedex,  or US Postal Service.


Privacy Policy

ShopBibi.com gathers customer contact information during the ordering process. We collect visitor's contact information (like their e-mail address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary regarding the order. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. We do not re-sell your information or distribute to others.
